Step into a deeply restorative experience where ancient wisdom meets vibrational medicine. An acupuncture soundbath is a multi-sensory healing experience that harmonizes the body through the integration of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and sound healing. In TCM, the body is mapped by an intricate network of meridians—energetic channels that flow through your organs, tissues, and cells—and acupuncture works on specific meridian points to unblock stagnation, regulate Qi (vital energy), and restore balance across these internal systems.
When combined with a soundbath, healing frequencies from instruments such as crystal singing bowls and gongs resonate with the body's energy field and penetrate deep into cells. These sound waves stimulate the meridian channels, amplifying the effects of acupuncture by enhancing circulation, regulating hormones, reducing inflammation, and promoting cellular regeneration.
Auricular (Ear) Acupuncture uses five specific ear points to calm the nervous system, ease stress, and support emotional balance. Originally developed for trauma and recovery, it gently restores harmony and helps create a grounded, peaceful state. It’s a simple yet powerful way to support healing and balance from within and is widely used as an adjunct therapy for recovery and mental health support.
As harmonic sound waves wash over the body, they re-tune your system like an instrument. This is more than relaxation—it’s a full-body recalibration.
