The BuyClubTickets.com website (the "Site") is owned and operated by Play Nice Together, Inc. ("PNT," "we," "us," or "our"). These terms and conditions (the "Terms") describe your responsibilities and limit our liability, among other things. Please read them carefully before using the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. PNT may change the Terms from time to time at its sole discretion, and your use of the Site is subject to the most current version posted on the Site. If you do not agree to the Terms, do not use the Site.
Description of service
The Site is an event-listing service. We publish information about events and provide links to third-party ticket vendors where tickets may be purchased. We are not a ticket seller, ticket broker, or box office. We do not sell tickets, set prices, process payments, or fulfill orders.

Acceptable use

Disclaimer of warranties
Your use of the Site is at your exclusive risk. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall PNT be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Site, including but not limited to any damages arising from:
- Your reliance on event details, dates, venues, prices, or other information that proved inaccurate or out of date
- Any costs, fees, or losses arising from purchasing tickets from, or attending or attempting to attend an event listed on, the Site
- Any transaction with, or act or omission of, a third-party ticket vendor or venue
- Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data, or any breach of transaction security caused by a third party
This limitation applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, even if PNT has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the Site shall not exceed one hundred United States dollars ($100), or the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PNT and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or relating to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of the rights of any third party.
Eligibility
To use the Site, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement. The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. You waive any argument that such a court lacks jurisdiction or that venue is improper or inconvenient. PNT will be entitled to recover its court costs and reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses incurred in successfully proving any breach of these Terms.
Miscellaneous
PNT's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms will not be construed as a waiver of that provision or any right. If any portion of these Terms is held unenforceable, that portion will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PNT regarding the Site. PNT will not be liable for any failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control. The section headings are for reference only and do not affect the meaning of these Terms.
