Privacy Policy

Last modified: June 13, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Play Nice Together, Inc. ("PNT," "we," "us," or "our"), the owner and operator of the BuyClubTickets.com website (the "Site"), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit the Site. BuyClubTickets.com is an event-listing service: we list events and link out to third-party ticket vendors. We do not sell tickets, process payments, or operate user accounts. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy.

Information we collect

The Site does not offer user accounts, logins, profiles, forums, uploads, shopping carts, or checkout. The information we collect is limited to the following:

Information collected automatically

When you access the Site, our servers and hosting infrastructure automatically record standard request information for operational and security purposes, including your IP address, browser type and version, operating system and device information, the referring URL, the pages you visit, and the date and time of your request.

Information you provide directly

If you use our contact form, we collect the name, email address, and message you submit so that we can respond to your inquiry. If you email us directly, we receive whatever information you include in your message. Providing this information is voluntary.

Analytics information

We collect aggregate, non-identifying information about how the Site is used through the analytics services described under "Third-party services" and "Cookies and tracking technologies" below.

Affiliate links and third-party ticket vendors

The Site contains affiliate links to third-party ticket vendors. When you click a listing and purchase tickets from a third-party vendor, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. We do not sell tickets, set prices, or process payments. All purchases, fulfillment, refunds, customer service, and the collection of any payment or personal information involved in a transaction are handled solely by the third-party vendor under that vendor's own terms and privacy policy. We encourage you to review the vendor's policies before providing any information to them.

Cookies and tracking technologies

The Site may use cookies, local storage, and similar browser-based technologies. The cookies and technologies used fall into the following categories:

You can change or withdraw your cookie choice at any time using the "Cookie Preferences" link in the Site footer. You can also control cookies and some browser-storage technologies through your browser settings, although disabling them may affect some Site features. Separately, venue pages offer an optional interactive map that loads only when you click "Show map" (see Interactive maps under Third-party services).

Third-party services

Matomo Analytics (runs by default)

We use Matomo, a web-analytics platform we self-host on infrastructure under our control, to understand in aggregate how visitors use the Site. Matomo is configured for minimal privacy impact: it runs in cookieless mode (no identifiers are stored on your device) and honors the Do Not Track signal — if your browser sends Do Not Track, Matomo will not collect data about your visit. You may also opt out of our Matomo tracking at any time.

Google Analytics (consent required)

If you accept through our cookie banner, we use Google Analytics, provided by Google LLC, to collect aggregate usage statistics. Google Analytics sets cookies and may transfer data to servers in the United States. It does not load unless you accept it — if you decline or ignore the banner, Google Analytics does not run on your visit. You can withdraw consent at any time using the "Cookie Preferences" link in the footer. You may also install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Google's privacy practices are described at policies.google.com/privacy.

Grafana Faro performance monitoring (consent required)

If you accept through our cookie banner, we use Grafana Faro, a self-hosted front-end monitoring tool, to understand real-browser performance and reliability. When enabled, it may collect technical information such as page-load timing, Web Vitals, JavaScript errors, basic device and browser information, and a randomly generated session identifier stored in your browser's web storage. Faro does not use cookies, is stored on infrastructure we operate, and is not shared with any advertising network. It does not load unless you accept it.

Interactive maps (OpenStreetMap)

Venue pages can show an interactive map of the venue's location, built with the open-source Leaflet library (served from our own infrastructure) using map tiles from OpenStreetMap. The map does not load automatically — it loads only when you click "Show map". Until then, no map data is requested. When you choose to load the map, your browser requests map tiles from OpenStreetMap, which may receive your IP address and device information under its own privacy policy. Once you load a map, we remember that choice in your browser's local storage so maps load automatically on later venue pages; you can clear it through your browser settings. The map itself sets no cookies. A "Get directions" link is also available, which opens OpenStreetMap in a new tab only if you click it.

Hosting and content delivery

The Site is hosted and delivered using Amazon Web Services (AWS), including Amazon CloudFront. The Site's origin infrastructure is located in the United States, and CloudFront may process requests through edge locations worldwide to deliver and cache pages and media. AWS and CloudFront automatically process request information (such as your IP address, the requested URL, the date and time, the response status, and your user-agent string) on our behalf to host, deliver, cache, debug, and secure the Site. These operational and security logs are used only for those purposes — never for marketing or profiling.

How information is used

We do not sell your personal information, use it for third-party advertising, or share it with data brokers.

Information sharing

We share information only as follows:

Your rights and choices

All visitors

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, or request deletion of information we are not legally required to retain. To make a request, contact us. You can manage analytics and cookie choices at any time using the "Cookie Preferences" link in the footer, the Matomo opt-out above, or your browser settings.

Opt-out preference signals (Global Privacy Control)

We honor opt-out preference signals, including the Global Privacy Control (GPC). If your browser or extension sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information, and our consent-gated analytics (Google Analytics and Grafana Faro) will not load on your visit.

California residents (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and share; to request deletion or correction of your personal information; to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising; to limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not collect sensitive personal information as defined by the CPRA); and to be free from retaliation for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law. To exercise these rights, contact us; we will respond within the time required by law.

Other U.S. state privacy rights

Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and other U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws may have similar rights to access, correct, delete, and opt out of certain processing of their personal information. We honor these rights to the extent required by applicable law. Contact us to make a request.

International visitors

The Site is operated from the United States. Our origin infrastructure and service providers process information in the United States, and our content-delivery network (Amazon CloudFront) may serve and cache content from edge locations worldwide. If you visit from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other locations, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your location. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with data-protection laws, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, or object to the processing of your personal information, to withdraw consent, and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. Contact us to exercise these rights.

Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law:

How we protect your information

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold, including industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL) for data in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; in the event of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

Children's privacy

The Site is intended for a general audience and is directed to people who are at least 18 years old. In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 years of age. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Site, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

External links

The Site links to websites we do not control, including the third-party ticket vendors we link to through affiliate links. These third-party sites have separate and independent privacy policies, and we have no responsibility or liability for their content, availability, terms, or privacy practices. Review their policies before providing information to them.

Notification of changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last modified" date above. If we make any material changes, we will post a prominent notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
