Well feature our bewitching AG guests: our terrifyingly talented AG Conga Girl Monette and our soul with alot of soul, vocalist Mark Jones. Performer Studentz from the CW Fitness/AG Fly Girlz Dance Class will take the stage for a few songs, treating you to their continuous monsterous evolution. The entire AG band will once again treat you to our wickedly fun vibe, like we always do at these Happy Hours for the past 20+ years!Wanna learn to dance like an Atomic Groove Fly Girl? Come take an AG Fly Girlz Dance Class, taught by Atomic Girl Carrie of Carrie Weiland Fitness. Held at locally-owned boutique fitness facility MB Fit Studio in Solana Beach. Class is held every Tuesday at 630p and Select Saturdays at 1230p (next one: Nov. 15th). A brand new series (#16) starts October 28th and runs for approx 10 weeks. All levels welcome, no dance experience needed. The routine is taught and re-taught progressively in sections, so come any time druign the series.
