Brazilian Voices: A Bossa Nova Yoga Experience blends soothing bossa nova with gentle, yoga-inspired movement in a 90-minute session. Created by Dr. Anele Manfredini, based on Ayurveda, in collaboration with Brazilian Voices, the event promotes relaxation, balance, and self-care in a calm, welcoming space where music and movement meet. A guided instructor leads simple, accessible movements throughout a live performance by Brazilian Voices, enhanced by singing bowls and therapeutic sounds for deep relaxation. All movements are optional and suitable for all levels, whether in a chair or on a mat. Choose between the Yoga Mat Experience (floor space; bring your mat) or the Seated Experience (comfortable chair seating with optional movement). No experience needed?just come and enjoy this calming, uplifting journey.
