Tickets are mobile only (Tickets must be displayed on a smart phone for entry. Tickets cannot be printed or picked up at Will Call). Tickets can be transferred after purchase. Soldier Field enforces a clear bag policy. Clear bags can be no larger than 12 x 12 x 6. Children 2 & under do not require a ticket if seated on a lap and do not require a seat. No outside food or drink. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are permitted.
Important Event Information
Unfortunately, the Event Organizer has had to cancel your event. You don't need to do a thing. We'll issue a refund to the original method of payment used at time of purchase, as soon as funds are received from the Event Organizer. It should appear on your account within 14-21 days. Please Note: If the tickets were transferred to you, the refund will go to the fan who originally purchased the tickets from Ticketmaster. Please see our Purchase Policy for more information.
