City First LA is a one-day strategic intensive for pastors and leadership teams — four focused hours built to send you back to your city with clarity, a next step, and a plan your whole team already owns. This isn't a conference you sit through. It's a working room of pastors building real 90-day plans for their churches and their neighborhoods.

Passes

Intensive Pass — $97 per pastor
Implementation Pass — $197 per pastor (adds three coaching sessions, a direct review of your 90-day plan, a private leader community, and a 90-day progress review)
Team Seat — $79 for each additional leader from your church

Bring your team — the plan moves faster when the people who'll carry it were in the room. Seating is limited; this is a working session, not an audience for one speaker.
