-Site Hours 9AM to 6PM -Special Offers are not applicable for all train ride times -Event is rain or shine -Tickets are valid for the date and departure time printed on the ticket only -Arrive at least one hour early -Children under the age of 1 do not require a ticket, but must sit on the lap of a parent/guardian. -ADULT Prices for River and Mine Train rides are ages 13 and up. CHILD prices are ages 12 and under -Rail cars are open window general admission (non-assigned) seating -Wheelchairs cannot be accommodated on the train. There are designated accessible seats for those that need them on the train; please be advised patrons will need to use three steps to board. -All sales are final, no refunds
