The venue has a clear bag policy. Children of all ages allowed into concert. Ages 2 and under are free. See elpasolive.com for more info. Parking available in the Convention Center Parking Garage. It is recommended that Will Call tickets are picked up at least 1 hour before showtime. Reserved seating. Please note that the elevator does not go to the Balcony section.
