With great disappointment I am going to have to cancel the US leg of my tour due to very low ticket sales. I don't think it's fair to the people who have bought tickets, or the venues to play to half empty houses. Refunds will be available at point of sale. I look forward to touring the United States again at a more suitable time. I hope you understand. Unfortunately, the Event Organizer has had to cancel your event. You don't need to do a thing. We'll issue a refund to the [original method of payment](https://help.ticketmaster.com/hc/en-us/articles/9614074869009) used at time of purchase, as soon as funds are received from the Event Organizer. It should appear on your account within 14-21 days. Please Note: If the tickets were transferred to you, the refund will go to the fan who originally purchased the tickets from Ticketmaster.
