Inspired by the life of Eddie Derhak, we strive to offer connection, compassion, and hope to individuals of all ages?especially young adults?through advocacy, education, and community outreach. By encouraging simple acts of kindness, like the power of a hug, we aim to create a culture where no one struggles alone and everyone feels seen, heard, and supported. Our mission is to raise awareness, fund mental health initiatives, and help prevent suicide?one hug, one heart, one life at a time.
