Chef-attended buffet with menu as follows: gourmet meats and cheeses, fresh veggies and an array of crackers; tossed salad with choice for ranch or vinaigrette dressing; spinach salad with feta cheese, strawberries, walnuts and strawberry vinaigrette dressing; top round beef carving station; baked haddock with buttery lemon sauce; garlic smashed red baby potatoes; roasted rainbow carrots; fresh-baked dinner rolls; and cranberry trifle for dessert.
