Important Event Information

Minimum Age Requiring Ticket: All guests age 3 years and older are required to have a ticket for entry. While guests younger than 3 do not require a ticket, they would not have a designated seat and would be expected to sit on a parent or caregiver lap. Parking: Parking is included in the cost of the ticket. Fans are encouraged to park in the Arena Garage located directly across from Truist Arena. Clear Bag Policy: A clear bag policy is in effect for Truist Arena, with guests permitted one (1) 12" x 6" x 12" clear bag and one (1) clutch bag no larger than 4.6" x 6.5" per guest. Exceptions are made for medical bags, but they must be inspected before they will be allowed into the Arena.
