Sleeping Beauty is a famous story about sorcery destroyed by a lover's kiss. This is one of the most beautiful, festive, and cheerful ballets. Tchaikovsky said: "Sleeping Beauty" is perhaps the best of my works. And it's hard to argue with this because the music in this ballet very brightly and colorfully conveys the character and mood of the characters.
