If you love cannoli, the sweet and crunchy Sicilian pastries filled with creamy ricotta cheese, you will love this class! Our own Carmella Randazzo (Front End) will show you how to make the dough from scratch, shape and fry the shells, and prepare the filling with different flavors and toppings. You will also get tips on how to store and serve your cannoli for maximum freshness and taste, and, of course, try them in the class.
The class is limited to 14 people so sign up early!
This class will be held at River Market conference room, 221 Main St., N., Stillwater.
