Description: A euphoric journey of ecstatic dance, expressive movement and yoga flow designed to wake the body, open the heart, and flood the system with feel-good energy. SHIFT begins raw and unleashed with beat-driven movement that reconnects you with your body’s raw intelligence. Then drops you into an expansive, rhythmic breathwork journey that unlocks emotion, energy, and full-body release. You don’t just move. You transform.
