About The Wooten Brothers:
The Wooten Brothers' first public performance took place in Hawaii in 1966, where they quickly established themselves as musical prodigies. Since then, their remarkable journey has taken them across genres, generations, and continents. Their music seamlessly blends R&B, Jazz, Jazz Fusion, Classical, Country, Funk, Soul, Rock-and-Roll, and beyond—creating a sound that is both deeply rooted and endlessly innovative.
The youngest brother, Victor Wooten, widely regarded as one of the most influential bassists of all time, was named by Rolling Stone among the ten greatest bass players in history. Together, the brothers create a musical experience that transcends genre labels, connecting audiences through virtuosic musicianship, boundless creativity, and an unmistakable family chemistry that can only be developed over a lifetime of performing together.
As a family band, they are truly second to none. Their performances build bridges between musical traditions while pushing the boundaries of what contemporary music can be.
