Live and Believe Wellness, aka The LAB, is where movement meets music, and wellness meets the culture. Posted on Chicago’s South Side in the Beverly Neighborhood, The LAB is more than just a fitness studio—it’s a full vibe. The space where you can come to LIVE everyday like its your last AND BELIEVE anything is possible. It's a space where you come to sweat, heal, turn up, and tap back into your power.
We’re all about community, energy, and joy. From strength classes and sound bath to Thrive Dance Cardio and our signature Thrive Drum Cardio™, every session is built to get you feeling good from the inside out. Thrive Drum Cardio™ is our trademarked class that brings the beat—literally. We use drumsticks, movement, and fire playlists to create a full-body cardio experience that’s loud, liberating, and hella fun. It’s therapy to the rhythm. No experience needed and it is for ALL LEVELS to be able to enjoy! So all you have to do is just show up and let the beat move you.
Whether we’re in the studio, outside in the city, or popping up at a festival, The LAB brings wellness with nothing but GOOD VIBES ONLY!
