Event Details
Step into 1888 - a year of passion, power, and unexpected invention. Gods and Kings, Love and Fate, and...a Typewriter brings to life the drama of myth, royalty, and destiny through works composed in 1888 by Lalo, Franck, Coleridge-Taylor, and Tchaikovsky. And in a whimsical twist, the Tacoma Youth Symphony honors the spirit of invention with Leroy Anderson's The Typewriter. A concert where history, music, and imagination collide!
