Four course prix fixe dinner menu below:First: Tuna and watermelon crudo with whipped lemon mint ricotta, toasted almonds, olive oil, and balsamic reduction.Second: Grilled octopus with onion puree, beet reduction, garlic oil, toasted almonds, crispy fennel, and micro dill.Third: Grilled and oven finished NY strip with rosemary thyme butter, pineapple chimichurri, and parmesan fingerling potatoes.Fourth: Traditional tiramisu with mascarpone, lady fingers, dusted in chocolate and coffeeDietary alternatives available upon request.
