Day Out With Thomas:Lets Rock, Lets Roll Tour is hitting the tracks and bringing the beat to heritage railways across the country! Hop on board for a real train ride with Thomas, strike a pose at photo ops and snag something cool at the exclusive gift shop. Then, keep the beat going at the Music Corner, packed with lawn games, hands-on activities, and music-inspired fun thatll have the whole family dancing! Climb aboard for a train ride adventure with Thomas the Tank Engine at the Colorado Railroad Museum! Day Out With Thomas: Lets Rock, Lets Roll Tour is heading to Golden, Colorado with loads of music-inspired games and activities! Families can join the outdoor fun at the Colorado Railroad Museum, located in Goldens beautiful Clear Creek Valley. Take a real train ride with Thomas and spend the day creating memories for the whole family. Day Out With Thomas is an exciting way for children and grown-ups to enter the world of Thomas s full steam ahead to an unforgettable day with a host of train-related activities, Thomas, and a special appearance from Sir Topham Hatt, the Railway Controller from the Island of Sodor.

Important Event Information

-Event will take place rain or shine. -Guests are asked to arrive at the event 30 minutes in advance, and to be in line 15 minutes before their scheduled departure time. Late afternoon riders arrive at least 90 min before your scheduled ride to enjoy all of the activities, which close at 5:00PM. -The time printed on your tickets is your train departure time. Trains will leave on time and cannot be held for late arrivals. -Tickets include a train ride at a designated time (selected at the time of purchase), plus admission to all activities for up to three hours. -All sales are final, there are no refunds. -Tickets are required for all riders ages 1 and up. Children 11 months and under are considered a lap rider, and must ride on an adult lap for the entire train ride -Guests must stay seated for the entire train ride -Both alcohol and cooking are prohibited. -Smoking is prohibited for the entire event site -The Museum will host a variety of onsite food vendors for lunch, snacks, drinks and dessert. Guests are welcome to bring a picnic lunch, however, please note that tables are unreserved and the Museum has no locker or storage facilities. No alcohol is allowed on the Museum grounds. All food must be prepared in advance; cooking onsite is prohibited. -NO PETS, and PETS are NOT allowed to be left in Parked Vehicles -Personal use photography only (no commercial use photography allowed during Thomas) -Rail cars are a mixture of open-air gondolas and coach cars with generous windows and plenty of fresh air. Open seating, no specific advance assignment. -Railcars do not offer restrooms or air conditioning. Guests are advised to use event restrooms before boarding. -Specific train cars are wheelchair accessible.
