Join us for an evening of movement, strength, and connection in this women-only Yoga & Sculpt class.
This 75-minute class combines the mindful flow of yoga with low-impact strength training to help you build lean muscle, improve balance, increase flexibility, and leave feeling strong, energized, and refreshed. Expect a fun, supportive atmosphere where you can challenge yourself, move with intention, and reconnect with your body.
After class, stay and unwind with a complimentary cup of herbal tea. It’s the perfect opportunity to relax, connect with other women in the community, and ease into your evening.
Whether you’re new to yoga and strength training or have an established practice, this class is designed to be accessible, empowering, and enjoyable for all levels.
